Brand and impersonation

Users may not falsely claim affiliation with RubyCollect, impersonate RubyCollect, use confusingly similar branding to mislead users, or use RubyCollect branding in a manner that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without written permission.

Automated extraction

Unauthorized automated scraping, harvesting, systematic downloading, indexing for competing commercial services, or extraction of non-public marketplace data is prohibited except where RubyCollect provides written authorization or applicable law requires otherwise.

Confidential systems

Non-public fraud controls, verification rules, risk models, moderation methods, security procedures, internal data, and proprietary operating processes are confidential. Access to the service does not grant a licence to obtain, disclose, reproduce, or commercially exploit confidential systems.

User content

Sellers retain ownership of content they own. By submitting listing content, users grant RubyCollect the rights reasonably required to host, display, process, moderate, verify, promote, preserve as transaction evidence, and operate the marketplace.

Third-party rights

Trading-card names, team marks, manufacturer marks, character names and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in user listings or marketplace references does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Reporting infringement

Suspected copying, impersonation, counterfeit use, unauthorized scraping, or infringement involving RubyCollect should be reported promptly to RubyCollect administration with URLs, screenshots and other available evidence.
